StackMindr ("we," "our," or "the app") is a peptide and hormone protocol tracking application. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how your data is handled.
When you create an account and use StackMindr, we collect and store the following data in Firebase (Google Cloud):
If you enable the AI Protocol Assistant (Pro feature), your protocol data — including compound names, doses, schedules, and your questions — is sent to Anthropic (the maker of Claude AI) to generate personalized responses. Anthropic processes your data solely to generate a response. Data sent via their API is not used to train AI models and is handled in accordance with Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
AI features require explicit consent before activation. You can revoke AI consent at any time in Settings, which immediately stops data sharing with Anthropic.
StackMindr Pro can optionally read sleep data from Apple Health to display alongside your daily protocol log. This integration is strictly opt-in: the app never accesses Apple Health unless you tap "Connect Apple Health" in Settings and grant permission through the iOS system prompt.
Health data stays on your device. Sleep samples read from Apple Health are used only to render the sleep duration shown on each day's protocol card. This data is never transmitted to our servers, never written to Firestore, never sent to Anthropic or any AI service, and is not retained between app sessions. We do not collect, store, sell, or share any health data.
You can revoke StackMindr's access to Apple Health at any time by opening iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → StackMindr and toggling the data categories off. Doing so immediately stops the app from reading any health data; previously displayed sleep durations will no longer appear.
StackMindr does not write any data to Apple Health.
Your data is used solely to provide the app's functionality — tracking your protocols, calculating doses, managing inventory, and powering the AI assistant. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
All data is stored securely in Firebase (Google Cloud Platform) and is protected by Firebase Authentication. Only you can access your data when signed in to your account. Data is transmitted using industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS).
StackMindr uses the following third-party services:
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings tab within the app. Account deletion permanently removes all schedules, inventory, logs, and user data from our servers.
StackMindr is not intended for use by children under the age of 17. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
StackMindr offers an optional auto-renewable subscription (StackMindr Pro) at $4.99/month. Payment is charged to your Apple Account on confirmation. The subscription auto-renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your iOS Settings.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
